All you need to do is combine the clay or mud with rose water, and apply on your skin. Let it dry and then rinse it off. You can add oil to it so that it does not dehydrate your skin completely.

3. Gram Flour or Besan

4. Cornstarch

1.Take 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch and mix with warm water to make a paste.
2.Apply it to your face and leave on until dry.

Dry the orange peels dry under the sun until crisp. Then, blend them into a fine powder. Combine the powdered orange peel with rose water to form a paste. Spread a layer of this paste on the skin and leave it to dry. Wash it off with water and pat dry.

7. Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a natural scrub. It also absorbs the excess oil from the skin. Due to its rough texture, it can unclog the pores and remove the dead skin effectively.

8. Apple

Known to be rich in malic acid, apple is used to exfoliate accumulated dead skin cells and absorb the excess sebum of the skin. The various medicinal properties of apple are very helpful for your skin.
Process 1
 1.Take mashed apple and cooked oatmeal in equal proportions.
 2.Add a slightly beaten egg white and one teaspoon lemon juice to it to make a paste.
 3.Apply this paste to your face and leave for 15-20 minutes.
 4.Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
 5.Repeat regularly for visible effects.

 1.Take a fresh apple and de-seed and crush it.
 2.Add four tablespoons honey to it.
 3.Apply this paste on the face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
 4.Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
 5.Repeat regularly.

Note: Just like Apple, pulp of other fruits like mango, banana and papaya can also be used as a face pack. They add a glow to the skin.

9. Witch Hazel


Witch hazel has astringent properties that help in tightening up the pores and dries up the excess oil on the skin.
1.Using a cotton ball or a swipe, apply witch hazel to the skin.
2.Let it dry completely.
3.Rinse it with water.

10. Apple Cider Vinegar

The antibacterial properties of apple cider vinegar effectively fight the bacteria, which cause acne. For extra benefits, you can also consume it. Simply, add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar into a glass of water and drink it before going to bed.
