It is difficult to maintain a slim belly. A flat, toned tummy is a goal many of us try to achieve. People discards all their favourite food items, doing unnecessary exercises, taking weight lose pills which may have side effects on your body.  The dream of getting a flat and slim stomach vanishes when you won’t get any results for all your hard work and people end up getting Tyre around their belly. This is because whatever you are doing, you are doing it the wrong way and its not worth doing it. Discipline and time management plays an important role also. Walk and Talk


People tend to meet their friends and family over coffee or lunch. Instead of catching up with them over there, one can go for a walk in the park, or you and your friends can get a gym membership. Exercise gets much easier when you have got an exercise buddy. It will create a competition between you and your friends and suddenly going to the gym will be fun.

Only eat if you are hungry


Breakfast is the only time where you can eat without any control. Eating controlled and balanced meals which are rich in whole grain foods, foods having organic compounds in them. When you are done eating, wait for at least one hour before drinking water.
