1. Sugar


Sugar is as a natural exfoliant for skin. To get rid of stretch marks, it is one of the best home remedies.
Take a teaspoon of sugar. Add few drops of lemon juice and almond oil in it. Stir the mixture well and apply directly over the stretch marks. Massage it for about 8-10 minutes and then wash. Continue to use this scrub for one month or so, until your stretch marks get faded out.

2. Water


Water is well known for carrying oxygen and other nutrients to all parts of the body. Drinking water helps a lot in preventing various problems related to skin. A well-hydrated skin is essential to allow constant detoxification of skin pores for the removal of stretch marks. It is the fastest way of healing stretch marks. Try to drink about 10 glasses of water daily in order to maintain soft skin and a hydrated body.

Potato juice is a good source of minerals and vitamins. It helps in restoration and growth of new skin cells. Use thick slices from a medium-sized potato. Rub gently one of the slices on the stretch marks for 5 minutes. Wash off the affected area using lukewarm water after drying.

4. Olive Oil

Olive oil is a fantastic source of antioxidants and nutrients, which are quite effective for skin disorders. Warm the olive oil a bit and rub it evenly on the affected area with a slight pressure. This will help in improving the blood circulation and thus reducing the stretch marks.

5. Castor Oil

You can massage castor oil directly on the stretch marks for about 15 minutes. Wrap the affected area with a cotton cloth after the massage. 6. Lemon Juice


Lemon juice is an easy treatment for stretch marks. The citric acid in lemon juice helps in healing the stretch marks, injuries, acne, skin and scars. Massage lemon juice gently in a circular motion for 10 minutes over the stretch marks. Clean the affected area with warm water.

7. Aloe Vera

8. Egg Whites


Egg whites are beneficial for getting rid of stretch marks, as they are a rich source of amino acid and proteins. Collect whites from two eggs. Whip it properly with the help of a fork to form a liquid paste. Wash the affected area with the help of clean water, and apply a thick uniform layer of egg white over the stretch marks with the help of a brush. Let the paste dry completely and then wash it off using cold water. Use little olive oil to moisturise the skin.Continue the treatment daily for 15 days to get best results.

9. Apricots


Take two to three apricots. Take out their seed and grind them to form a paste. Apply a thin layer of the paste directly on the stretch marks. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Rinse the area using lukewarm water. Follow the same process for a month, and you will be happy to see the results.

10. Lavender Oil, Almond Oil, and Chamomile Oil

Prepare a mixture by using two teaspoons of almond oil, half teaspoon of chamomile oil and a half teaspoon of lavender oil. Stir the mixture properly and massage it over the affected area.
