We have always been finding ways to make our skin glowing or get rid of that acne and those freckles. Water is known as a universal solvent in the technical terms because sooner or later it dissolves everything. Water is just magic without which our life would not have existed. We need water for survival. 70% of our body is made up of water. Drinking enough water helps balance our digestive system which in turn help maintain a healthy skin. An unhappy digestive system can make our purification system less efficient and lead to zits to excrete the unwanted substance. It also helps the skin to glow. Drink lots of water each day to maintain a healthy and glowing skin.

Happy diet

Having a balanced diet is really important. Eating too much oil and spices can cause your skin to break and cause acne. Keeping your tummy happy is an important aspect of maintaining a healthy skin. Eat lots of juicy fruits that will maintain the pH level of your stomach. Eating eggs and fish can help you achieve a healthy glowing skin.

Super sunscreen

Sunscreen has always been an essential daily routine. Many people don’t use makeup and hence go outside with bare skin. The ultraviolet rays from the sun harm our skin even when exposed to sunlight for a few seconds. It is always suggested to wear a sun block before heading out. This not only protects the skin from sunburn and tanning it also slow down the wrinkling of skin, hence making it look younger.

CTM is a very important part of daily skin routine and to keep it healthy. C- cleanse, T-tone, M-moisturize. Always cleanse your skin with a good cleanser. You may also use a herbal cleanser too. Toning is very important to keep your skin tight and prevent it from getting loose.  After all who doesn’t like showing off those cheek bones and jawline. Moisturise your face. The skin on the face goes through a lot. It faces all the dirt, cold air, hot steam everything. Plus, the skin on the face is extremely thin. To prevent it from wearing out and cracking we need to provide it with some moisture. It is a common misconception that moisturiser causes acne but believes me it is a myth. I have been using moisturiser on my skin and it has never looked better and younger.

Wash off your makeup

It is a sin to go to bed without removing your makeup. Sleeping with makeup on can clog the pores of your skin not letting it breathe. This can cause your skin to take drastic steps and you may wake up with zits on your face. Always remove your makeup. You can do that using baby oil or moisturiser and the wash your face and put a little moisturiser keeping it from getting dry and letting it breathe as it desires.

Sweat it out

Exercise is really important not only to stay I good shape but to let your body sweat. Sweating helps your body get rid of the toxins. Exercise helps your face to breathe and maintain the glow on your face. Shine out with that amazing body and glowing face.

Get vitamin C

Vitamin C is a rich source of anti-oxidant. It helps reduce wrinkles and it leads to higher level of collagen! Include vitamin C rich diet for a younger looking skin.

Exfoliate!

Exfoliating your skin is really necessary to unclog the small pores which are blocked due to oil and dirt. These clogged pores can lead to blackheads and white heads which look disastrous to be very honest.

Beauty sleep

It is a cliché to take a beauty sleep before you do any other stuff to look rejuvenated and amazing the next morning.  Sleep helps your tissues to repair and hence makes you look young.
