Summers are approaching and we can’t deal with the full sleeved shirts and tops anymore. We need to cool off the heat. In order to do that we tend to wear comfort clothes and minimise our clothes. Who can deal with a full sleeved shirt in those raging summer? But to be able to show off those arms, they need to be skinny arms. We need to know how to get slim ? We feel shy exposing our chubby arms. So for the summers, we need to prepare ourselves to get skinny arms to be able to flaunt them around. Here I have some amazing ways in which you can get skinny arms.
Lifting weight will tone your flabby arms and will give you skinny arms to flaunt this summer. Hold a water bottle or a container over your head and move it as low as you can. Now slowly bring it up again. Repeat this for toned arms. The slower you will go the more toned arms you will get.
Grip on it
It is really important to work those biceps. To do so, take dumbbells or weights and start working those biceps. Bring each dumbbell up without moving your shoulders. Repeat 3 sets of 20 each for better results.
Dip with the chair
Another way to get skinny arms is by doing dips. Dips can be done anywhere; all you need is a chair. This is a fat reducing exercise which not only gives you skinny arms but also tones the back. It is also used to maintain a slim belly .Face away from the chair and place your hands on it. Your arms should be shoulder width apart. Move three to four steps away from the chair; keep your upper body straight. This is your starting position. Bend your knees to match the chair. Bend your elbows and move your whole body to the ground, the aim is to touch the floor. Come back into your normal position. You need to do 3 sets of 20 reps, every day. This is undoubtedly one of the best exercises to do to lose weight fast.

Deal the Delt
Deltoids surround your shoulder and have three specific muscles: anterior delt, medial, and rear. To really work these muscles you can do the three raises, T, U, V. Raise your arms in a T and a U standing forward. To do the V raises, lie on a bench facing down and move your arms as wide as you can. Repeat 30 times in a set of 2.

It is really important to work that triceps. We often tend to forget the triceps which are one of the strongest muscles of the arms. If we do not work on these they tend to become loose making ur arms look flabby.
